Every Lift & Sculpt Ritual session begins with a personalised consultation to assess skin firmness, elasticity, and overall structural needs. Following the facial, your practitioner provides expert aftercare guidance, including tailored at-home routines and product recommendations to maintain firmness, enhance results, and prolong a visibly lifted, youthful appearance.
- Avoid retinol, tretinoin, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliating products for 3–5 days prior.
- Avoid strong chemical peels, laser treatments, or microneedling for 2 weeks before.
- Do not wax, thread, or perform aggressive exfoliation 5–7 days before.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning 1 week prior.
- Stay well hydrated 24–48 hours before your appointment.
- Inform your therapist of any fillers, Botox, threads, or recent aesthetic treatments.
- Remove contact lenses before treatment (LED and oxygen infusion steps).
- Arrive makeup-free if possible.
- Avoid makeup for 12–24 hours if possible.
- Do not use retinol, exfoliating acids, or scrubs for 3–5 days after.
- Avoid heat exposure (sauna, steam, hot yoga, intense workouts) for 24–48 hours due to radiofrequency and ultrasound.
- Avoid facial massage tools at home for 48 hours unless advised.
- Apply SPF 30+ daily — skin is more receptive post-treatment.
