Meet our Founder, Vica Pinsela

Pinsela Aesthetic, founded by Vica, a dedicated beauty professional with a passion for excellence. Since 2017, Vica has worked at one of the high-end salons and spas in Bali. From a young age, Vica's Indonesian heritage introduced her to the world of beauty treatments. Her mother frequently pampered her with massages and creambaths, sparking a lifelong love for self care and salon experiences.

In 2020, Vica achieved her first certified beauty qualification, marking the beginning of her formal journey in advanced beauty techniques. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident through her extensive list of certifications

In 2021, Vica turned her passion into reality by opening Pinsela Aesthetic in a small one bedroom house. Determined to keep up and raise the bar for Bali's beauty industry, she established every aspect of Pinsela Aesthetic, from customer service protocols and treatment names to SOP development and staff training. Vica personally trains all the aesthetic practitioners at Pinsela Aesthetic, believing in leading by example rather than simply bossing around the staff. She fosters a culture of mutual respect and growth within her company.

By 2022, Pinsela Aesthetic had blossomed and relocated to its current location on Mertanadi, Seminyak Street, Bali. Our philosophy centres on enhancing our clients natural beauty through a blend of non invasive treatments, professional grade skincare, practitioner expertise, holistic post treatment recommendations, international treatment standards, and the warm, attentive service rooted in Balinese and Indonesian culture.

In 2021, Pinsela Aesthetic began in a small one bedroom house in the heart of Denpasar. Founded by Vica, a qualified aesthetic practitioner, she established Pinsela Aesthetic in Bali, Indonesia. Since then, we have grown significantly, and we are deeply grateful to all of our team and our loyal clients.
